Africa: Looking for the First Humans

It is still not clear where in Africa the cradle of humanity lies. To date, fossilised remains of our ancestors have been found in Ethiopia and South Africa, among other places. An international research tea, Human Origins, is searching for more fossils around southern Africa to try and find the first humans.
