Five months ago, the strongest earthquake ever recorded in Morocco killed 3,000 people and injured 5,600 in the High Atlas. An estimated 33,000 homes were damaged or destroyed in the region. Reconstruction has barely begun. Could traditional building techniques improve resilience to earthquakes?
