Get out of the rat race, leave the familiar behind and start a new life. We all dream of a new start but how realistic is a life-changing reboot? Twist visits artists who have left everything to start again.
Karolina Miszczuk is fascinated by Nyksund, the deserted and remote fishing village she calls home. Photographer Brice Portolano travelled the world for years to find places without internet access or mobile phone coverage and architect Van Bo Le-Mentzel is interested in people who opt for a simpler life, and not necessarily the wealthy.
