Netherlands: the boom of home-made explosives

It's a phenomenon unique to the Netherlands. More and more people are turning to explosives, often handmade, to settle the score with their ex, their boss or their neighbour. In most cases, these explosions fortunately "only" cause damage to property, but there have already been victims. In response, authorities have established a multi-disciplinary national working group.
