Spain makes historic agreement to compensate victims of abuse

In Spain, the Bishops' Conference has just signed an agreement with the government. Now, victims of sexual abuse committed within the Church can make a claim to a public body to ask for compensation. The agreement also sets out a compensation scale. This is the result of tough negotiations after years of resistance and a lack of transparency from the Spanish Church.
